Why land investments?
Britain needs millions of new homes. And they have to be built somewhere. Why shouldn't they be built on land that you have invested in?
That is the Scala land investment proposition. We find investment land we believe is suitable for residential development. We divide it into affordable plots. We sell some of those plots to investment clients like you, and we retain some for ourselves.
Is it sensible to invest in land? We believe yes, for two reasons.
- Investing in greenfield sites with planning permission is worth many times more than the same land without permission. The profits that can be made from land investment are very impressive.
- Even without planning permission, the price of UK greenfield land has been rising steadily, outstripping many other types of investment.
