Land south of Finham has been designated as being part of the areas’ core strategy which is a plan to build 32,500 homes in the Coventry area before 2026.

Green belt land south of Green Lane, Finham has been earmarked for 3,500 homes. Although the land falls under Warwick District Council, the new housing will fall under Coventry’s house building allocation.
