RICS reports farmland up 50% in a year

There is a boom for land owners and the secret is out.

In today’s Times it is reported that farm land increased 50% in the past year alone.

- Arable land rose from £10,439 to £14,453
- Grazing land from £9,929 to £11,477

The Times article also reports how foreign investors are invoking fierce competition to purchase land as an investment.
